Eligibility
Canadian PlayZone is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces, or 18 years of age in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. By accessing our platform and playing our games, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
No Real-Money Gambling
Canadian PlayZone operates solely as a free social casino. We do not offer real-money gambling, nor do we provide any opportunity to win real money, physical prizes, or anything of tangible value. All gameplay is meant strictly for entertainment purposes.
Virtual Currency Status
Our virtual currency, Lumina Seeds, is purely a digital mechanic used to play Pinecone Drop and Aurora Reels. Lumina Seeds have absolutely no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside of Canadian PlayZone.
No Accounts or Purchases
We pride ourselves on a barrier-free experience. Canadian PlayZone does not offer in-app purchases, nor do we require or allow users to create registered accounts. All access is granted freely upon visiting the website.
Intellectual Property
All content on Canadian PlayZone, including the solarpunk forest designs, the character Byte the Beaver, game graphics, sound effects, and the Lumina Seeds concept, are the exclusive intellectual property of Boreal Playzone Interactive Inc. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Boreal Playzone Interactive Inc. provides the Canadian PlayZone platform on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for any technical interruptions, data loss of your local Lumina Seeds balance, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our free entertainment services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of Canadian PlayZone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
